Send your master(s) in a padded envelope (preferably by courier or recorded delivery) together with your name, address and telephone no. to:

If you're in the west London area, just call in (during office hours).
You may find it convenient to print out the order form and send it with your master. When your order is complete, we will telephone you to arrange payment by credit or debit card. Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Amex are accepted. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please include your cheque payable to 'Peak White Ltd' with your order, and remember to add 17.5% VAT onto all the prices shown on our price list.
If you are not in the U.K. please contact us by email to confirm prices and shipping details.
We will return your tapes/disks by courier (cost approx £15) unless you prefer to collect them personally or arrange another method of collection.
