What to do next

Send your master(s) in a padded envelope (preferably by courier or recorded delivery) together with your name, address and telephone no. to:

You may find it convenient to print out the order form, where you can fill out your address details and the title you'd like printed on the copies, and send it with your tape. When your order is complete, we will telephone you to arrange payment by credit or debit card. Mastercard, Visa, Amex and Maestro are accepted. If you prefer to pay by cheque, please include your cheque payable to 'Peak White Ltd' with your order.

We will return your tapes by first class post unless you prefer to collect them personally or arrange another method of collection. To ensure the safety of your tapes/DVDs, we will return them in two parcels to you. You will receive your copies first, and we will retain your original tapes until you advise us that you have received the copies, when we will post them on to you. This is to ensure that, in the unlikely event of your tapes being lost in the post, your valuable footage can be recovered from either the masters or the copies. If you prefer a more secure or faster method of shipment such as a courier (price £15), please contact us or advise us when you send your tapes. If you are not in the U.K. please contact us by email to confirm prices and shipping details.

After we have returned your copies to you, please click here to advise us by email that you have received them, so that we can post your masters back to you (at no extra cost).
